If necessary, carefully pre-treat the adhesion surfaces with a suitable primer. Joint formation: For expansion joints, the dimensions must be designed for the maximum movement absorption. A minimum joint cross-section of 3x5 mm must be maintained. Joint formation must comply with the currently valid standards and guidelines. Applying the sealant: Ramsauer 131 MULTIFLEX, RAL 9002 off-white, 310 ml must be applied evenly and bubble-free into the joint within the processing temperature. If the substrate has been pre-treated with a primer, its flash-off time must be observed. The smoothing work must be carried out within the specified skin formation time. When finishing, ensure good contact with the adhesion surfaces\/joint flanks (smoothing with Ramsauer smoothing agent).
