Authenticity of Customer Reviews
In accordance with EU Directive 2019/2161 (Omnibus Directive), implemented into German law by the Act to Strengthen Consumer Protection in Competition and Commercial Law (effective since May 28, 2022), we are obliged to transparently inform you whether and how we verify the authenticity of customer reviews.
Origin of Our Reviews
The customer reviews displayed on our website come exclusively from buyers who have actually purchased the respective product in our shop. Reviews from individuals who have not purchased the product will not be published.
Our Verification Process
We ensure the authenticity of reviews through the following measures:
- Reviews can only be submitted by verified buyers who have completed an order in our shop.
- Each review is checked for obviously fake or abusive content before publication.
- We do not accept sponsored or paid reviews.
- We do not buy reviews or manipulate them.
No Guarantee of Exclusively Positive Reviews
We publish both positive and negative reviews, provided they comply with our terms of use. No selective filtering in favor of positive reviews takes place.
Reporting Fake Reviews
If you suspect that a review is fake or abusive, please report it to us at info@de-bg-handel.eu. We will investigate the claim and remove the review if necessary.
